Pursuing a particular goal in your life can leave you feeling exhausted and overwhelmed at times. It can become easy to get distracted by everything going on in your life. I’ve found a fitness regimen keeps me focused so nothing diverts me from my goal. Easier said than done, huh! I swear the Pilates repertoire has sharpened my attention span, and changed my mindset to stay motivated and focused.
Maintaining commitment to accomplish a particular goal is integral to the Pilates workout.
In the beginning, there is a series of exercises in various levels, one needs to become aware of these and then accomplish before stepping foot (or arm!) into the next level of exercises. Pilates rewards you instantaneously. You feel and notice your progress. It’s intentional. It builds strength, physically and mentally with a clear mindset. This combination has a purpose. It has been a valuable and gracious tool acquired throughout my practice and teachings. It is these elements that I have incorporated into The Knight Technique that will help you to stay focused with a clear mindset and achieve your goals.
