I found The Knight Technique after running a half marathon. I felt that I needed to focus on my strength to better my running. Shelly’s class incorporates the best leg training strengthening exercises I’ve experienced. TKT was what I had been looking for- as well as the stretching that I needed. With only two days a week of TKT, I toned my upper and lower body and gained significant core strength. Overall, Shelly’s classes are unique and always a fun experience that I looked forward to each week.
