I love TKT online! After just a few workouts my triceps, obliques, and hamstrings were sore!! 💙💙💙 Trifecta!!! I was not expecting that because I do barre regularly and it was a nice surprise to feel sore!!! 😊💪🏼 It feels so good to work so many muscle groups in such a short time! On a busy morning I can do one video and one or two mini sequence moves and keep the momentum going with my workout routine. The music and unique sequences are so fun to do. I really wish everyone I knew could try these workouts!!
